Summer Camp 2024

Our campers are in for a fabulously fun time of dance and activities. Each and every day your child will learn two different styles of dance with our innovative and inspirational CM Dancing’s camp leaders. They will experience Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acro, and the thrill of performance. They will make new friends and reinforce skills like turn taking, working as a team, and cheering on their fellow dancers. Most of all they will let loose, rock out and have fun! Our goal is for each camper to walk out feeling a little more confident than they did when they walked in.

What to expect: A day in the life of a CM Dancing Camper

Every morning we will start off the day by introducing your children to all of their amazing dance teachers and their fellow campers! Each teacher will come out and show a little dance and then from there all the groups will split up into their rooms. Here is the daily schedule:

What to Wear:

We do suggest that Campers come dressed in comfortable clothing. Shorts and a t-shirt/tank are perfect. No skirts or dresses without shorts and leggings underneath. Although dance shoes are not a must, if your dancer has jazz shoes and ballet slippers, please bring them. Clean sneakers for hip hop. Sneakers are also best for outdoor play.

What to Bring:

  • A full belly from breakfast 🙂
  • A water bottle
  • Lunch and snacks (peanut free)
  • A positive attitude
  • Sunscreen and hat
  • Change of clothes (just in case)

Logistics:

Check in: Please arrive and check in by 9:00am (unless you are coming for an early drop-off at 8am- additional $10 per day.) Please sign your child in at the front desk.

Pick up: Pick up is at 3:30pm for full day campers. Late Pick-up is available from 3:30-5:00pm- additional $15 per day. Please sign your child out at the front desk. Remember to take all their belongings with you.

THE GRAND FINALE! Friday at 3:15pm.

Please come to an informal show on Friday at 3:15pm where all of our dancers will showcase a few of the dances that they have learned during the week. The show will take place at CM Dancing in Studio E. All parents, siblings and other family members are welcome!

For those requiring early drop off and late pick up, please reply to this email to make arrangements. E-transfer to: [email protected] (auto deposit set up – no security answer required). Tax receipts will be issued at the end of the week inside your camper’s take home package.
